President of Aarc-West Mechanical Insulation Inc. and currently operates under the title of Operations Manager. Chris has been in the insulation industry since 1984. Chris maintains a hands-on approach that ensures all customers continue to receive the highest standards in Safety, Service & Quality that Aarc-West has become known for.
Jeanette Santa Juana, BBA, CPA, CGA
Chief Financial Officer
Jeanette joined the Aarc-West team in late 2010. She brings with her 20 years of financial and operational management, the last 10 of which has been in the construction industry. She has a BBA from SFU and is a designated CGA. Her extensive strategic planning background will help us grow in order to satisfy our changing customer’s needs.

Jamie Clark
Jamie currently holds the position of commercial Field Superintendent and is also involved in safety and human resources. Jamie has been part of the insulation industry for the past 30 years as a journeyman insulator. He has spent the last 12 years with Aarc-West and the prior 17 years as a working job site foreman. Jamie specializes in manpower acquisition and training, project co-ordination as well as doing field level estimating and heat trace layouts. Jamie has taken many construction industry training courses over the years that he uses in his day to day responsibilities at Aarc-West. Since assuming the position of commercial field superintendent in 2002 he has overseen the completion of over two thousand projects of various sizes.
